I have hired Patterson Roofing for both my company office as well as my home, and have enjoyed working with William and his team both times. His team is quick and efficient, and did a great job on both roofs. They also left the job site very clean - I was worried about leftover nails as I have horses on my property, but they did a great job of cleaning everything up. William is very easy to contact and work with. I'd recommend them to anyone needing a new roof!

Patterson Roofing exceeded my expectations with timeliness and great customer service. The leak in my roof was repaired quickly and thoroughly. My questions were answered and photos were shared with me to show the process which I really appreciated. I can rest easy now knowing this was done just in time for monsoon season. I was recommended Patterson roofing and I’m glad I was. I reached out to William explaining to him that my flat roof kept leaking every time it rained after another big known company had recoated it. He was able to come out the next day and take a look at it and walked me through in detail exactly what was wrong with my current roof and course of action without “selling” me anything leaving it all up to me. Which is amazing having the owner come out himself and take a look at your roof compared to a salesperson. The price was very reasonable I had 3 other bids and Patterson roofing was the best William told me exactly what I wanted to hear! He was able to schedule me in to get my new roof in a couple days and the crew did an AMAZING job they were very fast but doing everything with detail and they cleaned everything up leaving no mess at all you wouldn’t even know they were here! When I took a look at my new roof it looked perfect compared to what I had before and my roof was only 5 years old so now knowing Patterson roofing did my roof feels great! Thanks William!

Patterson Roofing replaced my roof and it looks great! Will took me through the process answering my questions along the way, not just on the phone but in person too , by making sure I’m comfortable with the color and the workmanship. Most companies just leave when the job is completed.
But I got another follow up call a few days later from Will about the roof. The best part is, he came recommended by a friend who used his services. And I appreciate that because that other customer knows his work which validates my faith in his company.
I am also in need of a restoration company for some other projects and Will knows of a good company called Orange tree Construction. His knowledge saves me time so I don’t have to search different companies.
So if you need your roof done, call Will and if you need any restoration projects completed contact Orange Tree Construction.

I needed my 26 year old roof replaced and I was concerned because I've heard horror stories from friends in the past. Patterson Roofing came highly recommended from a trusted source. I was presented with clear options and was encouraged to get other estimates and opinions. William Patterson and his crew outperformed expectations. The job was completed on budget and ahead of schedule. I give Patterson Roofing, LLC my highest recommendation. They do amazing work.

If you are anything like me, choosing a company to replace your roof is an overwhelmingly big decision. Not only is it a big financial investment, there are also so many choices out there, both in terms of which roofing company to go with as well as in types of roofing to choose from. I sincerely mean this when I say that Patterson Roofing helped make those decisions easy for me. They were extremely prompt in providing an estimate as well as with all communications along the way. Mr. Patterson also seems to have a sheer endless amount of patience for all of the questions I sent his way and thoughtfully answered each and every one of them to help me make decisions. Compared to other roofing companies I had received quotes from, their recommendations in regards to which roofing material to use showed me they were taking the specifics of my roofing needs into consideration and not using a cookie-cutter approach. And yet their quote was extremely competitive. When it came time to install my roof, the team was incredibly hard-working and respectful of the property, trying very hard to minimize trash and damage to the surrounding area. The end result looks amazing and I can already tell the difference it is making in regards to insulation. I am hoping to not need another roofing company for a while, but if I do, I will certainly chose Patterson Roofing again.

I recently had the flat roof on my home, originally built in the 1940's with a few generations of intervening roof work, replaced by Patterson Roofing. It was a large and complicated project that required careful planning and execution. The owner, William Patterson, scoped out the project, planned for the variations that existed across the different parts of the house, and executed ahead of schedule. His crew seemed to be specialized to the tasks that were needed including demo, cleaning, repairing, foaming and final coats application. They worked together seamlessly. William was present with the crew early the first morning to direct the team as well as explain the process and answer my questions. He remained available through efficient use of text to answer my questions and keep me informed. At the end of each workday, the crew cleaned up areas around the house (actually left it cleaner than it was found). Patterson Roofing was an honest and skilled business partner for my roof project.

I have never had to get a roof replaced before so I don’t have a lot of experience. However I had a couple people come out and really did not care for their approach. When I met William he spent the time to answer my questions, gave me information I didn’t know I needed, and told me the expectations of the material and the process. The guys cleaned up every day after working which was a very nice touch. Would highly recommend.

William was extremely knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and hardworking! He came out to do a silicone repair for a section of our roof that’s been slowly leaking for awhile now. He spent hours on this job with thoroughness and dedication to not only that section of the roof but also extra clean up with the silicone. Our newly repaired section of our roof looks spectacular!
